Exclusive Interview with P&P

The Vision, the Journey, and the Catalyst Foundations of the
“Adrisa Lifestyle”

“Everything just lined up—the view, the layout, the feeling.

It wasn’t a villa we picked; it picked us.

We didn’t even need to look twice." â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

At Adrisa, Paul sits on that same gray ottoman, perfectly positioned beneath the stunning, gravity-defying cantilever eave.

The story began in the summer of 2022.

Although the idea of acquiring a holiday home has been a causal topic shared between Paul and Patrick, there were no plans, checklist or timeline then. â€‹â€‹

Samui as the destination was sparked by a random real estate EDM Paul had received years ago but lack the purpose to visit.

The opportunity to visit eventually found its place as part of their mini honeymoon trip following Paul and Patrick's Las Vegas Wedding.

Over the 2 weeks holiday, they were actively exploring the island while moving from villa to villa, some for trail stays and others for viewings.
Not only does the property needs to closely represent their shared aesthetic appreciation, but the island also needs to entertain their active lifestyle day and night.

Hence, the itinerary was nothing short of adventures either. On land, during the day, it was UTV excursions through the raw and unpaved trails of the mountain and forrest, hiking though unpaved trails to secret waterfall and cooling down in rock pool.

But a week went passed, they had already toured a shortlisted selection of luxury villas on the island— each were nice enough yet strangely lifeless and felt disconnected.

There was one villa left at the bottom of the list which they had seen video virtual tour prior, and did not actually felt they would like it. They decided to “might as well’ take a look in person.

That first impression,  as they first stepped foot inside Adrisa, still lingers vividly for both.

“We walked through the door and just knew,” Patrick recalls.

“It wasn’t about one feature or one view — it just felt right.

And we looked at each other and said, ‘This is it.’”
